Yling Tan Miller is a Senior at the University of Southern California (USC, Los Angeles) with double-major in Piano Performance and International Relations.

Yling has been a 4.0 GPA student receiving “A”s in every end-of-semester Piano Jury (final exam played for and graded by entire Piano Faculty). Her repertoire has included Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 1 in C major, Op. 15, Rachmaninoff’s Prelude in G minor Op 23, Schubert’s Impromptu in E flat major, Op 90 no 2, Chopin’s Preludes, Debussy’s “Jardin dans la pluie” and Scarlatti’s Sonata in F minor K519.

Yling is trilingual and speaks/writes English, Spanish and Chinese. She worked in Washington D.C. as international law intern in Summer, 2009. Yling also traveled and lived in Beijing and Shanghai Summer, 2008 and taught Business and Medical English as volunteer instructor at Shanghai’s Lida University.
